Awards: TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence & Best of the Best

“This hotel's central location in Letterkenny is a genuine advantage, placing guests within easy reach of shops and attractions and solving the town's traffic issues. I'm impressed by the blend of contemporary comfort and traditional Irish hospitality, especially at the Depot Bar & Restaurant; it's clearly a gathering spot as much as a dining venue. The railway-themed decor adds a layer of historical charm that distinguishes this hotel from standard town center accommodations.”

street noise stale pastries
I asked for a quiet room but it faced a busy street. The noise persisted late into the night and early morning. breakfast was a letdown. The coffee tasted weak and the buffet offered a limited selection of pastries, none of which seemed fresh, though, they were rather stale.

long queues poor soundproofing
The breakfast buffet seemed understaffed. There were long queues for coffee. the cooked items were often cold. also, the soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms and the tv was too loud. there was excessive noise from the corridor. I couldn't get any rest. there should have been quieter hours to sleep, .

Acceptable stay near the center

convenient park spacious room bad smell disgusting seat
The hotel is in a great location. It is easy to walk to the main street. Ballymacool Park is also nearby. My room was large and clean.
The room smelled bad! It reeked of old sweat. I aired it out for three days, which helped a little. The desk chair had a disgusting seat.
